Font Breathing Room

Books use white space around the margins to make the text stand out from the page. Add some breathing room to your fields. Spacing your data out from the edges of field boundaries makes data more readable on screen. To do so select a field, go into Layout mode, choose Format > Line Spacing > Custom... Then enter a value into either the Left or Right field depending on the justification of your field. Play with certain values and compare fields to see how much the readability improves.
